200 patient bed, 521,000 square-foot medical center expansion supporting family centered pediatric and obstetric care programs, built to LEED Gold standards and including 3.5 acres of outdoor landscaping and gardens. The new facility will optimize the existing 300,000 square-foot hospital’s services and infrastructure, adding more beds, private rooms, state-of-the-art operating suites, family-friendly amenities and the flexible floor space the hospital needs to adapt to new technologies and streamline services. The project will allow Stanford Health Care to use the most advanced technologies and treatments in an environment that focuses on family-friendly amenities and services.
170 patient bed, 260,000 square-foot replacement hospital consisting primarily of acute care nursing units and diagnostic and treatment departments, built to LEED Gold standards. The project includes a separate 100,000 square-foot ambulatory services building and two parking structures with 800 parking spaces.
120 patient bed, 230,000 square-foot medical center replacement wing and central utility plant, new facilities will include emergency, surgery obstetrics, ICU, NICU, PICU and imaging programs. The new building is built to LEED Silver standards.
600 bed, 1.5 million square-foot replacement public teaching hospital and Level 1 trauma center for the largest single healthcare provider in Los Angeles County and one of the largest public hospitals and medical training centers in the United States. The new medical center includes an outpatient clinic building, eight-story inpatient tower, five-story base isolated diagnostic and treatment building and a central utility plant.
Renovation of 130-bed hospital and construction of a new 136,000 square-foot, four-level OSHPD-3-compliant ambulatory care facility. The projects are part of a transformative and phased county program to upgrade existing facilities on the 38-acre MLK Medical Center campus in Los Angeles.

A new nine-story, 269,000 square-foot hospital building will replace the site’s existing 1970’s facilities. The modern expansion will increase patient rooms from 68 to 96, with the capacity for 160, and operating rooms from six to ten.
